i always loved that scene where vader absolves obi-wan of his guilt its almost as if anakins old personality is coming through seeing how hurt his old friend is
He's not absolving him! There is a moment of connection, yes, but Anakin simply doesn't want another egocentric tirade from Obi-Wan as though it's about him, his failure to "train" Anakin properly. He wants Obi-Wan to recognise how much they affect each other. That was always the point, they were Brothers and should have put each other first, not the Council and what they wanted. I can't bear that Obi-Wan leaves him AGAIN, though in all fairness the scene is chopped, Vader says he will destroy Obi-Wan too, hence "then my friend is truly dead." He should be destroyed though - his ego and arrogance.
@@RavenIdril2966 "I am not your failure" is not the same thing as "You didn't fail me" though. The focus is on Obi-Wan's ego and arrogance, Anakin wants to snap him out of his own head. Of course Obi-Wan failed his Brother, but not in the way he originally thought. In Ep 3 you can feel his frustration and how freaked out he is. He then handles those frustrations and fears by acting haughty, arrogant, cruel and self-serving. He thinks this is how he can remain true to the teachings, but he's dead-wrong. The Prophecy talks about Balance, and Balance is always protected by the TWO heroes, the Brothers who are two halves of a whole.
Yeah, left again to have to send his goons looking for him all over again. He was a mixture of some sadness but mostly rage and frustration from losing again.
I think he shouts because Obi Wan defeated him again and didn't want to kill him. He felt very humiliated because Obi didn't kill him, he just left like what happened in Mustafar.
Yeah Anakin turned because he wants to save Padme but still considered Obi wan as someone he knows and gave him a chance, but being left behind in Mustafar and Kenobi show left him in hate for his former master
It was always Anakin all along. That Vader being a different Persona is just a way for Skywalker to don't feel responsable to all he did. If Vader and Anakin was not the same Person why all the hate against Obi Wan, why feelings of fatherhood for Luke?
@@Zozo806 You're wrong. Anakin was a completely different person from Vader. Anakin was selfless and was blinded by his love for Padme. Luke was new, he wasn't a connection to his past life. He was a connection to his future life. When he sensed Luke, Anakin was reawakened inside Vader. This is proven several times throughout the OT such as in ROTJ when Luke and Vader are talking on the bridge, Anakin can be heard seeping through the cracks of Vader. Anakin wanted redemption. He had visions of fighting Luke, particular details include Luke's green lightsaber. (Which is revealed to Vader on the bridge, this confirms his visions) These visions Vader had included Luke being manipulated by the emperor and becoming Sith. Anakin once again seeped through the cracks and didn't want the same thing that happened to him, happening to his son. So when Luke tried to strike down Sidious he blocked his attack. Anakin had prevented his vision from coming true. They would fight until Luke is enraged by Vader sensing Leia which would force Luke to tap into the dark side to defeat Darth Vader, severing his hand. Noticeably, his robotic hand. This caused Luke to see himself as Darth Vader as he too had the same one. He would then return to the light and say "I am a Jedi like my father before me." and that was the killing line. Darth Vader was no more. As Sidious was killing Luke by force lightning, Anakin came fully back to himself and acted on his impulses (This proves Anakin returned) and killed Sidious. He saved his son, redeemed himself and was freed from the clutches of the dark side by the one person that never tried to kill him and loved him, his son. Vader and Anakin are 2 exact opposites. One was searching for redemption and fueled by anger and hatred. One was selfless and fueled by helping others. This just scratches the surface of the Vader and Anakin. Obi-Wan had a chance on Mustafar when his brother, Anakin, asked for help. Instead, he turned and walked away. This time, it was Anakin who walked away from his master and brother, only to be abandoned in the same way. Rather than killing him, Obi-Wan left Anakin to suffer, to rot in his pain, just as he had been burned on that fateful day. Anakin-now Darth Vader-was left to endure this suffering, betrayed by those he once trusted. In his anger, he screamed Obi-Wan's name, much like the many times he had asked for help and was let down. He cried out for help when he wanted to save his mother, when Ahsoka was on trial, when Ahsoka was kidnapped, and when he feared losing Padmé. Each time, he was abandoned by the Jedi. Even when he sought to learn a way to save his wife through honorable means, the Jedi turned their backs on him. Now, bound to the Emperor, Vader has nothing left. The only one who never abandoned him was his son. In the throne room, as Luke stood on the edge of making the same mistakes, Vader finally intervened, saving Luke-and in doing so, saving himself. Luke never abandoned him.
Imagine if there was a parrel timeline, where after Anakin vs Obiwan fight in Kenobi or on Mustafar, Abakin decides to turn sides again and destroyes Palpatine with Kenobi, ot at least takes advantage into teaching Luke That would be an amazing timeline, but not such a masterpiece like the kanon Also sorry for bad english

I worked out with this many times now I’m back to my old habits of drinking and listening to this being sad because I left my workout plan with boxing and kickboxing, now I’ve drank the last 4 days and gotten hammerd and I feel awful about it I can’t belive I have myself back in substance use, I’m in rehab for drugs and they don’t test for alchohal and I don’t wanna take advantage of that but I am and I feel awful about it because I know I Already faced my issues with substance abuse and now I’m abusing a substance I don’t even like, it’s just a way of getting out of my mind and I hate being sober because of the thoughts in my head it’s horrible

Сага Скайуокеров-лучшее что я видел
Файт Оби Вана против Вейдера в его сериале сольнике однозначно топчик

THAT IS WHAT THAT FETHING SONG IS CALLED! THANK YOU
Underrated video
i think the obi wan and anakin was the best duo of all time in star wars
when I say I started sobbing I’m not joking
I miss this days
This deserves way more supports in so well done and sad
Obi wan and anakin are so tragic. ❤ I love em both
Imagine if there was a parrel timeline, where after Anakin vs Obiwan fight in Kenobi or on Mustafar, Abakin decides to turn sides again and destroyes Palpatine with Kenobi, ot at least takes advantage into teaching Luke
That would be an amazing timeline, but not such a masterpiece like the kanon
Also sorry for bad english
I swear I didn't cry...it just a rain😥😥
The best❤
