I'm glad the first reviews on RT are so positive. When I heard that Count Orlock's look will be very different from the previous films, I was a bit worried, but I understand that they want to go their own way, I'm actually a fan of both Murnau and Herzog and own both older Nosferatus on BRD. My first homepage - more than 20 years ago, was even about FW Murnau and his movies. I'm really looking forward to Egger' interpretation.
I CANNOT WAIT! Such a fan of the original and the Herzog versions -- very curious to see Eggers' spin on the material. Your review made me even more excited to see it as soon as it comes out! 😁
I've watched a few dozen reviews of this film by now and this one in particular stood out to me. I really enjoyed how you went into detail without spoiling anything and your enthusiasm.
Thank you so much! This gave me that good high you get leaving a fun movie. It was also hard not spoiling the juicy bits, mostly Willam Dafoe moments lol
It’s a Masterpiece that i will slot in at #2 just behind Bram Stoker’s Dracula !! So happy to have a modern movie done with that classic tale. Didn’t think we had it in us anymore
@ This is definitely a bigger more artistic and visual treat similar to Dracula 92 but as far as tone, dread and vampires being demons in the flesh than Demeter has you covered!
What a nice take on Vampire movies and what a refreshing enthusiasm! I am glad to see this movie getting great reviews, as I love the original and have since I first saw it in college on a big screen. The original influenced so much of what I liked after that, and yes, the Vampire movies since Buffy and Lost Boys and even Interview with the Vampire have been a different animal. Your enthusiasm for this movie, makes me really want to see it. I have this big "This cannot be better than the original!" thing going on, and I would like nothing more than to be pleasantly surprised. Thanks and subscribed! 😎👍
I thought the witch was boring and the northman was bland. Since I'm not really into vampire movies I'm not all that hyped for this one. Will I watch it? Sure but its something I can definitely wait on. That being said, glad you enjoyed it. I always appreciate your reviews.

Lily-Rose Depp deserves Best Actress Nomination for Nosferatu

Hearing that last bit means the world! This deserves so much love and praise. It lives nicely with the others

“Notsferatu”
the vampire of Nottingham
Wonderful review. Thank you!

Cant wait! 😍 Great review.
You are a breath of fresh air.
Thank you 🙈
Good review but you are forgetting the very recent Last Voyage of the Demeter!
I love that it’s just a fraction of this story but feels complete. Demeter was cool but this feels so much more artful

Great review.
What’s the deal with ‘Notzferatu’ though?
I think it just came out of my mouth odd this time. Just in a happy rush to get it all filmed lol
bill skarsgard is freaking amazing
I’m so glad they haven’t released his look. From what I’ve heard it’s pretty surprising. Going to be a long month waiting for this lol I’m jealous
It’s been a great build up!

Robert Eggers films aren't for everybody.
ok you sold me, watching it on a release day!
Spend your holidays with this horror!
I am being tortured by the fact I can't see it for another three weeks😫
It’s so worth the wait! 🧛🏻
It's absolutely terrible. Don't waste your time. Kind of like a watered down Bram Stokers Dracula. 🤓
🎉🎉🎉
Click bait title, not one single scary moment in this film.

Werner Herzog's version EATS this movie.
