Remember going there when I was about 8 year old, it was a small town then and on a Sunday, I thought I was in Oz or in a place of wonder. It was beautiful, later on I worked for Bill Grimms on a bread truck and delivered bread to the hotel there. Thanks for the video.
You did a really good job with this video.

ITS MY GREATEST CREATION
This is the best video I’ve seen of the place. I think it’d be cool if someone could get permission to go inside with the owners and get some footage.
In college I got permission to go on the property as I was doing some work cataloguing buildings for the TN Historical Commission. It was so good to finally see the buildings up close. While I have wanted to go back (and show my kids) I have been reluctant to do so. From your video I can see that even more of Pressman's Home is giving in to the elements. Such a unique place and so sad that it never found another use.
id take them, just so they could see it, and remember. it was honestly sad to see the once proud buildings in the state they where in knowing the history surrounding the property. but thats just the purpose of the video, i wanted people to be able to see the place as it once was, and as it is today.
New Sub 👍.. Well done .. Enjoyed your narration ... OLD G 😉
Damn that black box still on front steps. Lmao honestly crazy how much has grown around the buildings.
Thanks for sharing. I've always wanted to see it up close.
Thanks for sharing. Lots of memories
Wonderful video
Subbed!
I think its saveable.
How'd you go about finding / contacting the owner?
i used a website that shows property boundaries and such and tried to figure out who owns this. well it is split between 2 owners and i did find them both. however the owner of the trade school side was more elusive and the only way i found him was by contacting the county office.
Heard that there was underground tunnel ??
Have not heard anything about a tunnel over there.

BUT WHAT ABOUT THE CASTLE? HAS ANYONE EVER EVEN SEEN IT?
The castle burned to the ground in the 1970s
