    "I can now do this (flagpole the arm) and take a selfie." Such a lovable personality !
    Question, is the internal energy Master Yap using here developed by doing Yan Shou Gong, and then demonstrated via 5 Ancestors technique?

    When in the United States visit Mobile Alabama. There you will find Master John Graham who continues to decipher Wuzuquan and it’s concepts

    In my opinion, unless a technique works in defending myself against a stronger opponent, there’s not too much point in my learning it.

      He's done these techniques on larger burly guys with the same effect. theres a couple videos showing it.

      Definitely not useful for you when you haven't even start to understand it. Even when you learn it also it won't be useful for you when you're keeping the mind closed.

      Even if u learn those skills unless & until u Pressure Test what u have learned, its just a meagre dance moves.. Understand The Theory & then the intricate Practical Applications..
      But, the basic prerequisite is to be "OPEN MINDED"

    I don't think if your oponent is a pro boxer. Can be applicable in serious situation. The system of internal demo.like your performing in this video demo. I like your system but as I've seen it in some video . Masters of taichi suffered and enjured as well.and under control by MMA fighters.

    What strings?where?

    • @AlexanderMaungVO
      @AlexanderMaungVO 3 роки тому +1

      The strings I think he is talking about is the alignment of your bodies structure (in relation to the ground). Kinda like if you grabbed something, took a fullbody xray, and highlighted only the muscles that are engaged. Not just the muscles in the arm, but also the muscles supporting standing you up (that we dont think about much). from your heel(s) to your hand, that pathway would be the 'string', in my understanding.

      The strings are our signature methodology that we used to teach the foundation works of YSG, 5 ancestors and the art of WuMei.
