That sax drop is so unexpected. It's songs like this that I show people who say they dislike electronic music. Good electronic music has little unexpected touches like that. The layering of the beat underneath as well.

I remember a couple months ago I was watching Tristam's fortnite stream and he died, so naturally he started singing to the stream and I remember it clear as day, he brought out his guitar and started singing this beautiful song. It was absolutely amazing to witness an early work of this musical genius

Tristam's lyricism should get more attention, you'd think this is just a catchy electro pop song but then you pay attention to the meaning and see how deep it actually is

Following Tristam for years, his style have been changed from bassy dnb to electronica, and to electropop. Just want to say you did really great job because you never change yourself, your voice, the lyrics. The music are just a little different but works perfectly. Please don't stop making music!

I'm not the type of person to write comments but now after listening for the 100th time I have to get this out somewhere.
This track is so incredibly powerful and relatable I simply can't get tired of this. My boyfriend and I both have trust issues due to people in our pasts hurting us deeply and making things hard for us even today. But this song brings out exactly what we always tell each other, and makes us realize how lucky we are. I can't get enough of it, and I get goosebumps all over me and chills down my spine, especially when he sings it for me. I just melt away and always know to appreciate this man and how I love him beyond any measurements. I love this, and it will always remain one of the most important songs in my life.

So sad to see Tristam go. Wish he was still on the label. His music gave me so much happiness and last year, the most happiness I could've asked for. It was tough for me last year, but listening to Tristam's music helped me through my troubles. Exams were closing in and my brother had just moved out. Thanks to Tristam, I am still able to smile.
What I really hate though is that the majority of the Monstercat community have bashed Tristam for this because they don't like the new style. Personally, I prefer it to his old style. If this wasn't Tristam's final song on the label, it wouldn't be that bad, but considering that this IS his final song, it's so sad to see him go on a low note.

So the first time through this, I really didn't get it. I thought it was far simpler and lighter than what I've expected from Tristam.
BUT HOLY COW THAT SECOND LISTEN! THAT WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! There are so many subtleties in this that Tristam blends masterfully! How could I have missed those the first time?? That was awesome!

So i just saw this song from a post by monstercat from facebook and heard the song. This is so awesome. I never really heard of Tristam before, but this song blows my mind. So chill and relaxed, the vocals are stellar and the drop was perfect. 11/10 will *definitely* listen again.

Before we all dive into the debate about how labels overwork DJs and drugs/alcohol deteriorating the health of young people, don't take a moment of silence. Instead, blast True. Blast Stories. Blast Avīci (01). Let the whole world hear the melodies and lyrics of Avicii. His music touched my heart, and I'll never forget the moment I saw him live. After all the tears and aching pain, Avicii would have wanted us to continue to living life to the fullest. His music evolved the EDM scene, and others must continue to follow in his footsteps. Heaven needed a DJ, but it shouldn't have been him this soon.
I never knew who Tristam was until I heard this and from this point i really missed this guy
