I love how this song sounds so lit and that it gives that cool yet eerie feel to it, since she’s stuck in space. But I also love how the song can’t only represent that, but also real life situations where someone is stuck. Whether the people had this intention when writing it, I don’t know, but it’s really cool.

I blasted this song at full volume last night at 3 am, my neighbors liked it so much they threw a rock at my house window and broke it so they can hear it better
imo it's a song about a girl in the space of her own head, she feels like she's in a void of her own thoughts and it's driving her insane, making her slowly run out of life as the negativity of her own thoughts sap her strength. "My eyes are shut but I can see the void between you and me" she's constantly in deep thought, but lacks the something in her partner that makes her truly happy. "Far from the sun, beyond stars I hear their song" she was drawn into the void by her own will, they're "without sound calling me home" she feels far from the warmth of true meaning, but has found a meaning of her own in the darkness. It's only a matter of time until she runs out of air because negativity is toxic to it's owner, even if it gives you the satisfaction of knowing the truth about the light. IMO she has to learn to control the light, even if it means missing out on the meaning and constant depth she holds dear, because that will be like an "inner sun" of positivity, and she can live and interact with others, and close the void between herself and others!
Laura Brehm has such a clear voice and doesn't sound like a giraffe trying to sing like a lot of the modern singers out there. She doesn't add unnecessary runs EVERYEHERE and I appreciate that.

The song makes me cry. The horror of being stuck in the vacuum of space and none to pick up you, and all you can do is just HOPE someone or something picks you up. Now that's real horror. To die slowly, so alone, and so far from ANYONE... Ugh... Beautiful song, but DAMN does it mess with me.

Oblivion is first and its about a girl asking her boyfriend if he wants to go on am adventure. The Calling is second where those two are starting their adventure. Fly Away is third and its about those 2 in space. Then Mayday is last and its about their spaceship crashing. Edit: 5th song would be ' We'll meet again' which is a new song. Picking up from the last song where they crashed, this song is about how her boyfriend died but she still remembers him. imo it's a song about a girl in the space of her own head, she feels like she's in a void of her own thoughts and it's driving her insane, making her slowly run out of life as the negativity of her own thoughts sap her strength. "My eyes are shut but I can see the void between you and me" she's constantly in deep thought, but lacks the something in her partner that makes her truly happy. "Far from the sun, beyond stars I hear their song" she was drawn into the void by her own will, they're "without sound calling me home" she feels far from the warmth of true meaning, but has found a meaning of her own in the darkness. It's only a matter of time until she runs out of air because negativity is toxic to it's owner, even if it gives you the satisfaction of knowing the truth about the light. IMO she has to learn to control the light, even if it means missing out on the meaning and constant depth she holds dear, because that will be like an "inner sun" of positivity, and she can live and interact with others, and close the void between herself and others!

If you listen closely at the start you can hear SOS in morse code. This song is a part of 4 others that make a story. Oblivion is first and its about a girl asking her boyfriend if he wants to go on am adventure. The Calling is second where those two are starting their adventure. Fly Away is third and its about those 2 in space. Then Mayday is last and its about their spaceship crashing.
Edit: 5th song would be ' We'll meet again' which is a new song. Picking up from the last song where they crashed, this song is about how her boyfriend died but she still remembers him. Thats my interpretation of those songs, i hope you guys enjoy listening to the story :D
