Is it advisable to double clutch every season? It seems like it would be less stressful on the animals. There are also plenty of animals "in the market", and I believe this is not your full time job. Just curious as to the reason for trying for so many eggs out of so few females.
Appreciate the video and the feedback, as always. Trying to educate myself for 2026 when I hope to have animals old/heavy enough to breed.

There's no control if a hognose will double clutch or not.. If it happens, it happens.
@@HogginOut I know they can retain sperm, but thought they had breed again after laying; kinda like they used it all up 🤷♂️ the first time around.
