4 egg whites
100g sugar
2 tea spoons corn starch
1 yea spoon lemon juice

1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tea spoons powdered sugar
4oz mascarpone cheese
(1 tea spoon liquid vanilla)
Bake at 315F for 45min
