Mother Beef

The plaintiff is suing the defendant, her son, for car damages after she co-signed for a vehicle that her son wrecked. She’s also suing for the cost of an iPhone because she loaned him a phone, but he refused to pay her back. The defendant claims that after he had a baby, he asked his mother not to post any photos onto social media, and that set her off. His mother allegedly started sending demeaning messages, and they haven’t spoken since. He didn’t even show up to her wedding.
