- Deepak Chopra and Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times reporter, Roger Cohen, conversed on stage during the Greek Democracy Forum about quantum consciousness, longevity, and what it might take to solve our collective insanity.
During their conversation, Roger Cohen brought up some outdated arguments that Deepak made many years ago regarding Darwin's concept of evolution and what Deepak referred to as Quantum biology, which at the time was criticized but has since been shown some promise with the study of epigenetics.
Despite these disagreements, the two men had a fascinating and thought-provoking discussion about the future of humanity and the role that consciousness might play in our evolution.

I have followed Deepak many years. I love most his teachings. I thank Mr. Cohen for his questions around weather reality is created or we see it so it is. The question about Putin was a good example. I was frustrated and disappointed with Deepak's answer to that. Sometimes his answers are vague and politician like. Never a clear concise answer. To tell us to google it seems like a cop out. This has always been a question I have had. I am getting the feeling in his latest teachings on you tube, that he is almost feeling he is above everyone else and makes light of the questions and seems to get annoyed with the host, as he did in this interview. I appreciate your questions Mr. Cohen. I still will practice Deepak's teachings, but I hope he comes back down to Earth.
Deepak brilliantly addresses the truth of reality despite Cohen’s rude and condescending questions. He needs to do his research as a journalist before trying to take down a brilliant light!
Absolutely agree. It is alright to ask tough questions, but if the interest of the person asking questions is to rudely dismiss any perspective different from what he/she holds or does not agree with, it is pretty unfair. Dr Deepak Chopra has done well to respond accurately & hold his ground, despite Roger trying to discredit him with every question & interrupting his response to break his flow of thought.
