I'm not sure that that is a large accomplishment buddy haha. Are you gonna be making the trip to Killeen? We gotta catch up with a diet soda or two while the 83's throw down and discuss how grateful we are to not have to endure the shame of being compared to them anymore.

Hey Conner, just wanted to share with you that I've been running your beginner template on your site. I'm about to finish up week 4 and even though I have 2 more weeks on the program I can already tell I am definitely stronger. I will share my "test day" results when the time comes. I also want to ask if it's okay to run the template over and over for long term gains? Thanks in advance. :)

Good to hear, on my long term to do list I'd like to update that template / develop a new Beginner program. I wouldn't necessarily recommend running it over and over again as is. Every time I run a program or template I evaluate its effectiveness, where I felt it was productive and areas I think could be improved upon in conjunction with where my current training and technique is going. Based on these assessments I'll make small changes or "test" a new theory or concept in the programming. Basically it's ever evolving even if it's minor like adding in an extra set one exercise to increase volume. I would challenge you to evaluate it similarly for yourself!
