I know there are some rules regarding building construction in Campaign Ops I think but It don't it covers factories. I know can just RP it in my head but I want it directly affect the overall campaign and have some game play element so I just can't go "Aha but new shipment of parts just came in! We can repair!". I could maybe try using the CamOps rules as base for something custom but I'm not good at numbers and system designing :(. But let's say I built a small production plant, how would running that be like? Where can I get the raw materials? How much will that cost per month? How much resources will it take to build the parts? Do I have to pay taxes? Will the factory workers do a little trolling and ask for higher pay? Will the thing be nationalized or targeted and be destroyed? That sounds annoying 😅 I imagine I would be able to produce parts on a need basis so I could pause production and only pay the minimum for the electric bill and other running costs. Or I could keep producing them and and potentially sell the excess to make some extra cash. That sounds like a good idea. Just so many factors to consider and I wish it was written down somewhere 😓
Algorithmic bump
Hey zuda I just got my first sherman
It's the M4A3 (105)
And now I'm researching the M10 GMC :D
If the Wolf Dragoons can have a space station factory, I'm sure a merc force with enough dosh can have a factory for spare parts.

@@zuda_z Give me two weeks and I'll pass you something rough. It'll probably need to be refined with testing, but I've got a good head for this stuff.
mhhhh, this is some lovely coffee
"and allegedly some assistance from the Word of Blake"
*Spits out coffee* Say what now?!
Reportedly so that the pirates could just pump all kinds of things out and cause trouble all over the inner sphere.
A Few Merc Companies did. It’s just expensive if it doesn’t get Comstared.
