What do you think about my selection? Agree or (because everyone has the right to be gloriously wrong, of course) disagree? What is YOUR #1 KB exercise?
Double front squat for me. Mobility to keep the squatting pattern, leg strength for obvious reasons, anaconda strength like no other (thanks Mr John for the description), and upper back strength. If I could have a 2nd it would be the double c&p
Dude I was just thinking about this exercise after I did my first round of your Prometheus program and now look at that. You made a whole tutorial of the kb clean and pressz
Would you recommend to really master (!!) single kettlebell before even starting double bells, or is a couple months practice with single bells enough?
@@niklasbruns3604 I don’t think one needs to wait all that long to move from single to double techniques. So long as you feel confident in the single kettlebell patterns, go for it. Just be judicious with load, as always.

I 100% completely agree with you!
I just preordered your upcoming book!
@@oclearning thank you!
A vote for the double clean and press 💪😎
Thank you for being correct.
Great routine, thanks very much.
Anytime. Cheers!
Absolute favourite.

Absolutely agree. I don't do it enough.
Greetings from Russia and thank you for your work and motivation, good health to you and your family 🙌🤝
I like a bit heavier but one bell and hand to hand clean.
The way you were holding it, I thought you were gonna talk about kettlebell horn curls.
Yes, gotta keep people guessing, obviously. That said, I do like horn/crush curls. Solid exercise!

@@diosnelfrica590 thought it might be useful, given how much I feature this exercise in my programming. How’s Prometheus going?

@@diosnelfrica590 good stuff. Check back in later. Would like to hear how it goes.
What kettlebell kilo are you using so I can scale if need be.

Isn't this two exercises (the clean and then the press)? :D
Pat I’m following the bare Flynnium right now. If I did this on a conditioning day, am I limiting my progress on a lifting day?
What's your priority right now? To gain or lose weight?
@@KettlebellQuickies losing weight

C&P is king and paired with FSq you have ABC complex....put the timer for 25 min and of you fly! 😍😍🤣
