Regarding food standards, they are the same for every EU country. What its allowed in the US would get your product a ban in the EU countries. So when BREXIT happens the Brits can finally enjoy their chlorinated chicken and genetically modified meat and vegies! ^^
No they are not. There is a baseline that all agreed on that defines the minimum standard across the eu, however I would never think of putting raw minced pork on my breakfast breadbun anywhere outside Germany

If you have the chance you should try Guinnes with Port Wine/Sherry, sometimes called Black Porter. Best beer drink you can get .... if you are preferring dark beer that is. Which reminds me, the Irish make incredible beer as well, maybe even better then germans.

Roughly a third of the highways have speed limits. But if there are none, well no limit means no limit, and if the traffic allows it ... but keep in mind gas/gasoil prices are I think are about 4 times more than in the US. Anyways, if I drive long distances I usually go with 90-100 mph, but sometimes 140 mph are fun ^^

One habit you have which you don't mention is writing your points down on a tablet ahead of time. Although, I think you picked that up from Kyle's father. When you return the bottles and get money back, aren't you simply getting back the deposit, the amount they overcharged you to start with? My take is that the only way to get Germans to recycle is to take their money away from them, then force them to get it back. They live for that shit. Zac, the mosquitoes love you.

Mojo, the reason they charge a deposit for the bottles is that they wouldn't be returned to the store. They'd simply end up in the trash can for "plastic/packaging." Funny thing cause Germs really are good about depositing their trash in the recycling bins. Only problem is that people get confused sometimes which trash can/recycling bin to dispose it in since there are so many. Lol
