Five Stripes lucky to come away with a point on this one. Red Bulls played by far the better game. Props to the ATL defense for holding up through countless waves of Red Bull attacks
The Red Bulls had so many chances this game. The fact that we didn't put any of them away and that the game ended scoreless is really frustrating. Atlanta didn't really come alive until the final five minutes or so, leaving the Red Bulls plenty of time to score. Klimala's attempt to nutmeg Guzan when he could've easily put it to his left or tried to chip him was one of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen in a soccer game. Like the commentator said, Atlanta will most definitely take this as a win, while this will feel like a loss for the Red Bulls.
As an Atlanta fan I can say that our last match felt similiar. Though it ended 1-1 we were knocking at the door all match and had scored the only goal in the 15th minute. In the 88th minute they leveled the score and it felt like we had lost.
Outside of that one playoff match, the Red Bulls for whatever reason have always had Atlanta's number Idk, United is on their fourth manager and it's the same story. At this point it's just odd
That all stems from budget cuts amid low ratings for the telecasts. This is also why John and Stu have been announcing remotely for a majority of the games this year. Witham has also been on maternity leave this entire season and was slated to come back several times this year, but hasn’t been able to. By no means is she gone.
Why are the announcers shocked about ATL celebrating? That point makes them a lock to finish ahead of either MTL or ORL, even if they lose their last match. That point clinched the playoffs for them.

I had a feeling it be 0-0

Bro the thumbnail made me laugh, idk why 😂😂
6:19 I pretty much had to stop the video right here, because I noticed that for the majority of the game, Atlanta has made very few, if any attempts.
Klimala was offsides with that run at goal. 4:39

Don’t forget it was 2 matches home and away during that playoff matchup as well!
On the most important night of the season, the boys in black let us down.
MLS Day i missed them games go RB :(
How are there 7 and a half minutes of highlights from this game?
John Strong. Stu Holden, and Katie Witham should have been calling this game on FS1.
Unfortunately, Katie lost her fox job.
That’s incorrect. If she really did get future endeavored, her name and bio would have been deleted from the FOX Sports website.
@@drewzuhosky6826 We haven't seen her on the broadcasts tho and they're now using headsets to communicate with team coaches.
