The Names of the seven churches are symbolic of the church in different periods of the Christian Era. The number 7 indicates completeness and is symbolic of the fact that the messages extend to the end of time, while the symbols used reveal the condition of the church at different periods in the history of the world.
A well developed and defended teaching. Unfortunately, worldliness has not merely crept into the SDA Church as it has the Christian Church generally, it has galloped into the Church. Some unfaithful Church leaders have opened the doors of the Church and have invited the world in, in at least three ways.
1. They stopped teaching/preaching dress reform with the sentiment: bring them to Jesus and their dress will take care of itself. I remember when that began.
2.Pastors and leaders began telling stories about the unholy activities that they participate in. Movie watching, card playing, gaming, sports of all kinds, attending inappropriate places like movie theaters, inappropriate humor, etc,.
3.When they started preaching the Ford Theology, which teaches esentially that we will be sinning till Jesus comes, and that all we need is justification and that sanctification is good but not necessary for salvation.
And other things.
So Thank you Pastor Bohr for helping us to find the old paths and encouraging us to return to them as the Prophet in Jeremiah 6:16 exhorts us to do.
May the Lord help us to be obedient to His Word. It is for our GOOD. Amen

This is sop also.but read bible isa60:1 is 1888,but since then verse 2 is our lot ask Dr, Desmon Ford,or the bk QOD1956,7, so here we are isa63:10,yet we pray for latter rain apart from the most precious message whem TM tell us that message of 1888 was the begining of the latter Rain can we decieve our selves more than we have been to date??
