You cannot get out that situations please. For those who have gone such a pain knows that. I lost a child and am telling you its painful. Sometimes somebody thinks that you will them walking with you but its all in vain. God is the only healer with time. Also knowing how to control such pain is another issue since the stage of depression is the worst one. I have congoured almost all stages of grief by the help of God. Its painful
