- Did anyone fall behind in their reading of Isaiah during Thanksgiving? Let's us catch you up!
From this chapter of Isaiah 33, hear Pastor Bobby explain to you why reading Isaiah is one of the best readings for advent you can do! We are waiting for the King to return!
I’m thankful that Jesus is my king and my holy righteous judge🙏🏻❤️
Pastor Bobby, you exude an infectious Joy and Happiness about the coming of Jesus that has me pumped up! Much more than Hans & Franz ever did! I'm waiting on the King.
I love the reminder of Joshua 5:13-15, God's desire is to save us all. Praise God that He reveals to us through you the things that are important for us to remember. I have been keeping up in the reading of Isaiah and quite frankly I do not understand it all, but I do plan to study it after we finish reading.
Excellent study today! Thank you Pastor Bobby!
We are reading Isaiah along with y’all! I did notice all the Woe’s (watch outs).
Reading all the times people did their own thing instead of following God just got them in trouble. Just as today I must walk with God as my guide, turn from sin.
The good news is that the Savior is coming.
Isaiah 31:6 Turn to him from whom people have deeply revolted…,
I pray for us, our country to repent and turn to Jesus the only way to Salvation.
It is exciting to be reading Isaiah and reading about the coming of the Lord at our Christmas time this year!!
Thank you pastor Bobby for encouraging us to read Isaiah! Thank you so much for the videos that inspire me to keep on digging for treasure in Gods Word!
I got behind but caught up on Monday!
Our God is righteous and just. He is our foundation/stability. And the abundance of our salvation. He is all wisdom and knowledge. Is 33:5-6
He who walks righteously and speaks uprightly,
who despises the gain of oppressions,
who shakes his hands, lest they hold a bribe,
who stops his ears from hearing of bloodshed
and shuts his eyes from looking on evil,
he will dwell on the heights;
his place of defense will be the fortresses of rocks;
his bread will be given him; his water will be sure.
- Isaiah 33:15-16
Those whose pattern of life is marked by righteousness will dwell in presence of God and be provided all that they need. This is the place I want to dwell forever and ever. This is a place I can be because of the righteousness of Christ that has been accredited to me. A life of righteous living will be worth it in the end. It is a foretaste of what is to come when righteousness and the knowledge of God fills the whole earth. We can then say this is what it is all about. I am finally home with the righteous One.
“Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
- Matthew 5:6
