After watching her say it last school year, we implemented it immediately and we continued it every morning this year. Then at night we discuss ways that he did good or was kind or ways he had fun.
Watching that boy run across the street without looking both ways gave me anxiety, I did that when I was younger and almost died, I got in the biggest trouble of my life
I'm sure Kathryn and bus driver could see that it was safe. But you are absolutely correct. Children should be taught to look carefully NO MATTER WHAT.

Not trying to diss these super boys but of course she isn't going to show her kids in their off moments. Just like every other kid, they are sure to have trying times and make bad choices, hence the behavior chart she showed along with the commentary that it's the only system they've found that works.
All YT family vloggers and content providers have the best behaved children ever... At least in the two minutes of heavily edited video from a week's worth of recording. lol

Years ago i would sleep in my workout clothes because i had to leave house by 630 to get to gym by 7am. Workout for an hour then be to work by 830am. Thankfully that job is long gone n i workout either at lunch or after work
How true it is that "parenting is not for the faint of heart"! Homekeeping is repetitive and relentless even for us empty-nesters, but having routines and "making yourself do the first thing" brings satisfaction and peace. The only thing in this video that I would change is the plastic liner in the slow-cooker; we have a global plastic crisis that is not just unsightly but deadly for large numbers of animals both on land and in the seas. So a minute or two to swab out the cooker is not too much of a sacrifice for me, and I do love my CrockPot! I love your videos, and love your and Charlie's loving ways with your kiddos. They will be fine men, ready to love their own homes and families.

Your boys are beyond adorable!!! You and Cass from Clutterbug have changed my life. I have purged things I have been clinging to for probably over 30 yrs. I thought I was going to live the life of a hoarder soon but now I am cleaning and purging. My 19 yr old daughter is in awe of what you and Cass have started with me not to mention thankful as am I. Thank you so much for giving me my old life back of having a nice house again where I clean regularly, decorate and am actually proud of my home, not house but my home. You and Cass ROCK!

For us mommies it can be so overwhelming to see effective and efficient women handling their lives as if it were so easy, when we know it's not. Seeing that you go through some of the same struggles I do makes me feel even more motivated for trying to put your ideas in practice and how rewarding it is to eventually see I could actually make it! I used to like it when you went to Consignment Sales and would show the haul that you would get, or tell us about recipes you came up with. This seems too much like a commercial. Still love you, though.
Mc Kenna this was my first time watching this channel and I thought the exact same thing. It wasn’t as real life as I was thinking it would be, the voice over seemed very infomercial in tone. The little one is gorgeous ☺️ I think it would have been more enjoyable if she was just being herself, you can tell she wasn’t 😞

Just a suggestion - don’t use the plastic liner in the crockpot. It could be carcinogenic since it is plastic that is being warmed slowly for an extended period of time and also bad for the environment. Nice video otherwise 🙂

Way to GO Carson!!! Outstanding job!!! I used to have a similar routine when my 4 babies were younger. They're all grown now - just 1 left at home (HS Junior). The routines I taught then have always served them well though. When my children leave for school (or anywhere else), I now say make good decisions - the grown-up version of be good, be kind!

I love your morning routine video. I have no children at home but do have my elderly parent living with me. I get up at 6 am clean my room brush my teeth. Then exercise for 15 minutes, After I exercise I make a cup of coffee head to my room, shower & dress with makeup and socks or shoes. Then I head to the kitchen make my breakfast & feed myself & the dogs. A quick kitchen wipe down & a quick walk through the house and pick up anything that is out of place and put it away.This all takes me about an hour. I'm in my home office/school room by 7am. After completing 4 hours of school work. I check on my parent, make sure she has had breakfast & taken her medications and is getting ready to start her day. I do my housework for the day and we are ready to leave the house by noon. On Sundays, I lay out my clothes and jewelry for the week, this makes my morning routine go so much faster. I also do a weekly menu plan on Sundays.
