Israel Regardie is the best!! The safest way to to the Golden Dawn material is through Regardie IMHO. He was sane and had a healthy ego unlike some others in the magical community. Have you checked out "Modern Magick" by Donald Michael Kraig? Easier to follow.

Spiders are useful in the home, they catch flies and mosquitos, flies are unhygienic and mosquito bites are annoying. So I think that's where the bad luck superstition comes from.
I don’t know if this is a regional thing but round here we won’t step on three drain hole covers in a row. You know when you see three drains in a row? You have to walk round them. 1 is fine. 2 is fine. But the number 3 is sacred.

Clove cigarettes are not good for your lungs. If you have asthma, lung issues or allergies don't use them. I used to smoke them, till l found out clove cigarettes can cause holes in your lungs. I would get bronchitis after a week of smoking them. If you just fake smoke it's not as bad. I am a single witch practitioner, cuz it's just easier for me.
