I love this aria, I discovered the Entführung through this one many years ago!
What I like towards the end is the change from major to minor and then back to major again of the staccato motif / riff. This is rather unique in Mozart's music, in fact we have the same in the overture of this same opera with the middle slow section in minor that becomes a major motif at the beginning of the Belmonte's introduction arioso. It is nice but I think Mozart has not used that feature anymore in his music (from what I know of Mozart's catalogue!).
