A new subscriber. I really appreciated this 5 video series, as well as a few other videos. I sell on-line only, but am on the wait list at a desired antique mall and I can't wait to get in! Except for the $120.00 a month for a booth a fraction of the size and 60 dollars/mo you mention. Good ole Massachusetts. Starting small at first at least helps overcome inertia but deciding your best personal point of equilibrium seems to be hard (the right amount of business to bless you still done with good quality)
It certainly depends on your needs--do you need it to be a consistent source of income? Or is it ok to have it just provide some "fun money" here and then? I think the answer to that question really is where you decide how much you want and need to put in :)

Thank you for your inspirational videos. I have been watching for the past few weeks and am contemplating getting a booth. In one of your videos you spoke about location. Where I live, in western New Jersey, there are not any antique malls less than 45 minutes to one hour away and those are in eastern Pennsylvania. Is that too far to travel for a booth? Hi Elisa! It all depends on your goals and what you are willing to put into your schedule, but I have known many vendors who drive 1 hour + to be in a good mall bc their sales are much better there. So if that’s the route you choose, I don’t think you’re crazy for doing it!

I've started listing on ebay but nothing is selling. It's scary and I don't know what to do
Unfortunately, I don't have much Ebay experience. I imagine it has an algorithm you're up against, like everything else. That means making sure you are using the high search keywords for your listings (think about what people may be typing in when they're looking for you item), and possible frequency of how often you list may play into getting you items seen too. I imagine there are some Ebay tutorials out here in the UA-cam world!
