well the best advice i can give you is to forget about bandai ever responding, and if they do they will say something like “our team cannot provide with an un-ban” or something like that, cause they say once ur account is banned even if it’s a mistake they cannot undo that action. And this game doesn’t have temporary suspension, if you got banned, it’s permanent. 😔
