Definitely a sweet setup you have. Nucanoe Unlimited is still on my list. I’ve heard the Xi3 is being discontinued which is a bummer. Heard it from multiple sources now so not sure what I’ll have to get in the future. Definitely want spot lock on my trolling motor.
Nice setup! I’ve enjoyed my unlimited but it’s time to move on. I have the Xi3 and spot lock with some goodies. I’m wanting to set up a shoalie but gotta sell the unlimited 😂
@@clintjenkins13ahhh gotcha makes sense. I finally fished a river event recently and paddled it for the first time. With the higher seat it wasn’t to bad fishing sitting down but I found a new respect for the river rats. That shit is hard! lol. You boys can keep it🤣
lol your probably didn’t get to the part where I talk about that. I’ll save ya some time. I’d need a new tow rig for a bass boat, new bigger garage, boat payment, now new truck payment, yearly maintenance, 40-100$ at least every time I use it. Also can’t afford a brand new fiberglass rig so I’d be buying used so then you gotta worry about breakdowns and how much that costs. Unfortunately as much and as long as I’ve wanted a bass boat it’s an absolute awful purchase. Will I have one, definitely but for the next couple years this “kayak” will do. If they had big national Jon boat tournaments you’d see me in a Jon boat.
@@Nategoodwinfishingit’s a sweet ass rig for sure. You’ve got it just about perfect. I just started kayak fishing this week actually. I’m still learning to paddle. Thanks for showing us around the boat
I can run 2 1/2hrs or so at 4mph before the battery is dead. 10+ miles but staying at 1/2-3/4 throttle which is around 3.5-3.7mph I can almost double that run time so then we’re talking 15+ miles. Most I’ve done in a day 10-11 miles give or take according to google earth.
Such a bad ass vessel, just you and the fish, love it, gunna copy you when I get a house to store it in the next year I hope!!
I wish! Some day

Thanks man. I’ve heard that too. I’m sure a new edition or a different brand will have something like it.
Thanks Nate! I took your idea for raising the black pack. What are the specs for the gas struts?? Really like that idea.
I think they’re 10” Struts

Why would wanna sell something you can stand and fish to something you have sit and fish and paddle ???
@@Nategoodwinfishing I fish mainly shallow rivers and the Xi3 just ain’t built for that. Just want to try a different approach

@@Nategoodwinfishing Oh I understand completely. I’m just worn out on big lakes and fighting glitter boats. 😂 plus those river smallies are awesome
At this point you might as well get a bass boat. It’s sweet for sure…

How many miles can you go at around 4 mph guestimate. Nice yak
