If you put 2 layers of painters tape on each side of the Broadhead before forming it will build in a little wiggle room, that’s typically what I do for knife sheaths
Nice! Was just thinking about making some Kydex knife sheaths but am clueless about the process. This was a great help! I enjoy all your videos! Thanks Jason!
I can not at this time. Honestly Im slammed with content making and family stuff that im struggling to even get in the woods right now. But this video will show you everything you need and they are easy to make. If later this summer I get some extra time and decide to make a batch for sale I will let you know for sure.

Great point. Gives enough room in a knife sheath for sand and dirt to fall out with out scratching the blade as much.
Brought back my love for making kydex sheaths! Great video. I did something similar with leather didn't even think about the kydex in my tool box
Kydex is so great and so many uses.
