Illfracombe was always a lovely place to visit as children, one minute we would be playing in the mud on the slip at Pill, Somerset with the brown murky water and then the local men would ask us if we wanted to go away for the weekend, run home, grab a back and ask for some money and 10-12 hours later we would be swimming and playing in the harbour, great times as kids! I still get in there every now and then in my old Trapper and she’s lent against the old wall many a time! Must get back down this year for a visit! Lundy as children was always magical, leave ilfracombe and then over to lundy for a few hours and then off to Swansea and then home.. great times, I’d be terrified as a man now to ask the local children if they wanted to go away!!! How times have changed...
Excellent video
Thanks, glad you liked it.

Thanks for your comments, I went there a couple of times growing up so was really good to go back. Maybe we'll sail to Lundy some day!
Wayfarer2312 My holidays start Friday and I’m just planning a trip down to Lundy on my Trapper for this weekend, thanks for the video!!
Amazing, is any available drinking water on Lundy area, excluding campside and restaurant and shops, thank you.
I want to go there
