    How do you use more than one conversion factor? Here, we'll learn how to combine multiple conversion factors into a row so that you can convert units in more than one step using the factor label method or dimensional analysis.

    BINGO!!! Found my UA-cam Chemistry guy. I had one for A/P I and II. Found one that I think will do for Microbiology. And now you for Chemistry!!

      Jesse Leyva​ .. well.. biology professor for beginning lessons.. but so far i haven't found one who is as fully comprehensive as the A/P (Wendy Riggs)... but Taylor and Biology Professor are helping.

    On your tablespoon conversion into liters. Your write out equation to get the answer show a 12. Where did you get the 12? Or was it meant to be 16?

    This was perfect. I actually understood what you said and how to do the problems. My chemistry teacher did such a horrible job at explaining this today, and still expects us to have a test on it tomorrow. But thanks to this video, I won't fail!

    I was having a very difficult time understanding these kinds of problems in my class and I have an exam tomorrow. Luckily, youtube exist and your videos came up first on the list. You are a life saver. Was seeing these kinds of problems difficult to understand but practice does make a difference and once again thank you sir.

    Oh my gosh you made my life so much easier. I literally spent the past 4 hrs trying to understand unit conversions the way my professor taught my class, but you just made it so easy to understand in 10 mins of a youtube video!     LOVED this stuff! Was a little error-prone in high school but when I studied pharm. tech 40 years later and had to calculate i.v. drip ratios, and compounding ratios, etc., it was child's play for me compared to the technique in the text book.

    Tyler, your videos are awesome! they're extremely detailed and you go step by step to make sure we understand everything. i only have one question though, on most chemistry tests they will not give you the "breakdown" of what converts to what. like in the example of "what is 350 tablespoons in Liters?", most tests will not tell us that "1 cup = 16 tbsp" or that 1 gallon is equal to 3.785 L. I would have NEVER thought to think about how many tbsp are in a cup, which is very frustrating because it seems impossible to remember all these conversions... do you have any advice on what to think about when trying to break down these problems? thanks!

    My chemistry teacher does not do near the amount of explaining you do, we just dived into this a week ago, we didn't really have one good lesson on it, this whole week felt so fuckin rushed. And we're already having a test on it tommorow. This video tho, has made the process a bit more clearer and easier for me, hopefully I will be able to remember this come class time and put it to work, thanks!
