Really enjoyed this! Sky is the limit for Ben; he’s still so young and is lucky enough to be able to train more freely than the majority of Elite athletes. He’s doing something right!
really enjoyed seeing this episode. I love learning from and watching the elite runners on your channel, but there was something brilliant about watching a highly dedicated sub-elite runner instead. Hello Ben, how are you mate?
First, I wish you to be in the first place in Valencia marathon!
Second, I am a subscriber to your great UA-cam channel, and I watch with pleasure all off your content there.
I started to train for a 5k races, and I saw you created and published a 5k 4 weeks training plan for setting a 15:46 PB!!
Can I please (please) ask you to share this plan with me?
I am currently run 5k in around 17 mins and I would like to get some ideas and inspiration from you plan.

First thing I noticed on his training plan was that he has Quality sessions on Tuesday and Thursday and it was a bad 48hs break... and just a few seconds later he said he switched Thursday and Friday in order to recover better haha. Quality sessions must be or one day to the other, or more than 48hs away from each other, because fatigue is felt the most 48hs after a Q session.

Ben appears comfortable at the target marathon pace - looking in good shape. The only thing that might derail it is his getting to Valencia so late - hope his nutrition does suffer as a result!

Start to do 40km longruns with 15-25km in ur marathon pace .. u gona braek THE sub2.20 . This was My key workout when I did 2.16 20 year Ago👍 nowdaya everybody using vaporflys cant be a big deal to fast marathon👍 all THE best and success❤️
