A silly question perhaps... According to the graphic exposed at second 0:05, I can't understand if the full gamut is only visible for human perception but not for RGB system, why does a monitor display it? In fact, we can see full gamut visible colors on this video... (?)
Not a silly question at all! RGB only displays so many colors and it simulates (to the best of its abilities) the colors out side the range of RGB that up the visible spectrum. What you are seeing as the entire visible range of colors on an RGB device, it is not actually 100% accurate, it does its best to simulate what the visible range looks like but falls short of what the human eye can detect.
