Definitely have to agree with the Gold card being the worst card on the list. One note is there are some limited purpose cards out their which are company specific, and you can't use them anywhere else besides the location, those are also terrible credit cards!
I rather get a travel on a plane credit card is the best you could upgrade your seat area one per year sounds like a better option than a stupidity unappealing Starbucks taste like really bad that I want to eat lots of gum just to get rid of the burnt tastes from the coffee.
The Starbucks card does sound pretty good for somebody who would be drinking Starbucks anyways. 4,500 stars, at 150 stars per drink, is the equivalent of 30 drinks. If you were going to spend $500 anyways, getting the equivalent of $210 back isn't half bad
My issue with the Starbucks card is that if you pre-load money on your Starbucks app and pay through that, you get 2 stars while the card only gives you one. Yes, you can use the card anywhere else but it's worse that the app in Starbucks itself lol
@@andrewsang4688 oh nvm, you get 3 stars if you preload the Starbucks card. That's crazy value if you got Starbucks a lot. 50 stars will get you any hot coffee, that's a free drink every $17. Crazy value
I definitely agree with this list. The only thing I'd add, is any card that doesn't offer a welcome bonus of at least $150, because there are SO MANY cards out there that do.
Hey Daniel I actually have a Credit One Platinum Visa Card, I actually didn't know there were annual fees for this. Now this could be because I had a decent credit history with a Discover IT card - and some advice I had gotten from my parents were, double check there are no annual fees or monthly fees
Credit one has monthly fees for that Platinum Visa. I used to have one before I closed it. I think it was like 7-8 bucks. Which sucked because when I didn’t use it, and didn’t think I needed to make a payment… I would then be hit with a late notice because I didn’t know about that monthly fee. So be careful with it. I used it honestly when I was in dire need. Was one of my first, and honestly built up my FICO score. But once I could get something better like one of the AMEX or Legitimate VISAs, I closed creditone

Eventually, you’ll have saved up enough stars to just pocket the money lmao😭 (or u could just get a good credit card but who wants that am I right) Oh yea, then pray the pocketed money is enough to pay off the annual fee😬

Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.

You didn't factor in the yearly fee of $49 with that 11% cashback. It equates to 5% cash back at that point. Starbucks is getting $49 per year, earns 1.5% or more from each of your purchases, and gives you rewards points... to spend at Starbucks. It's all profit for Starbucks which is crazy...
My step dad had a Credit One card when he passed last October. We sent them a death certificate but they’re still trying to collect. None of my siblings or myself has to pay, and we won’t.
