Marinate the chicken wings overnight using. - shaoxing rice wine - white pepper - garlic - salt After the chicken is marinated, coat well in a mix of, - potato starch - black pepper - salt Fry the wings in batches. First fry at 160 degrees celsius for 4-5 mins. Second fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 3-4 mins. Mix up your sauce in a pan over a medium heat. - 3 tbsp ketchup - 2 tbsp gochujang - 1/4 cup honey - 1/4 cup brown sugar - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp minced garlic - 1 tbsp sesame oil Once sauce is combined pour over your wings in a large bowel and mix together. Serve with some spring onion and sesame seeds
