This made more sense than the actual ending we got.

@@sneakymia1 you are hilariously mistaken on every single thing you said. I can easily refute every single thing you said, backed by actual facts from the books or show.
FYI, the white Walkers headed by the night king were already on the move. Throwback to LITERALLY the FIRST scene of the FIRST episode of the FIRST season. Or the first chapter of the first book.
You really need to watch the show again from season 1 and read the series from book 1 to really understand the characters and plot lines. You are woefully mistaken about your facts, their impact on the story line and their actual meaning.
P.s.: you don't need to vilify Daenerys in order to attempt to make Sansa look good (or vice versa). That's the glory of GRRM's story: every character is complex and each of them can be celebrated for who they are without the need to put anothet one down.
That's just childish of you to do.

@@sneakymia1 oh so you know Dany better than the writer? Everything you said goes against established facts from the books and bits and pieces of things that GRRM said in interviews.
The premises of your comment is wrong since GRRM never wrote Dany as *DARK DANY* because he repeatedly says that he writes complex characters, especially the main characters.
You obviously missed the point completely and your understanding of Dany (and the story) is entirely warped.
      1. She never sacrificed her unborn child to bring dragons to life. The child was already born *AND* dead.
      2. Again, the white Walkers were already on the move *before Dany brought dragons in the world.* look at the first chapter. Look at the first episode.
      3. She considers the dragons as her children because of the prophecy that she will never have children of her own. But dragons are fire-breathing creatures, what do you expect her to do with them? Play volleyball? *Anyone with a sane mind in a medieval-like setting would use dragons to better their situation. That's simple logic.* and there's nothing wrong with that. Tywin uses his pen and seal to kill an entire host at a wedding (the Red Wedding). Robb used his direwolf as a weapon to kill as many people as it can in battle. Armies use elephants to kill people in battle. Literally every army uses horses to help them kill people in battles. The point is everyone who wields power has to kill or order someone to kill in this story. That's how it works. That's how the world works in actual history of humankind. This does not make Dany "dark dany" no more than it makes anyone else "dark". By that standard, everyone else is dark.
      4. You say that her main character flaw is that she tries to be a good ruler? Fuck her bloody for trying to do some good, right?
Dude.. I don't know where to begin.. Disney princess? Disney villain?
These concepts do not apply here. Sansa, your perfect Disney princess *smiled at the death of Ramsey*. Yet you vilified Dany for apparently smiling at the death of her *enemies*. By that standard Sansa is *Dark Sansa* too.
Sansa has gone through a lot, but so has Dany. Why do you write off everything that Dany does/goes through? Dany was raised by a half crazy brother who was himself going through a trauma. Dany never had the safe upbringing that Sansa had. Dany was constantly in fear of "assassins hunting them down to kill them" because her brother said so. She never had a home while Sansa had the most comfortable life ever.
Dany was an insecure and meek child on top of having a traumatic childhood. She was sold off to a seemingly barbaric man. yet she made the best of the situation. She ended up in a position of power and became stronger. She has had real, tangible development. Her storyline is also linked to so many others.
I'm not sure what you are trying to prove with the Sansa-sandor relationship. But she does not have the best relationships (especially not with all the persons you mentioned. Lady olenna literally used her as a pawn to commit regicide. Do you even realise that Olenna used Sansa as a backup plan to pin the regicide on in case things went bad?). Cersei does not care about Sansa, trust me. All this said, I do like Sansa in the books. she has a lot more potential than in the show. but Sansa being good has no bearing on Dany. I do not need to paint Sansa in white in order to make Dany look bad or vice versa. they are each their own character and are completely capable of each being "Disney princesses" or "disney evils" concurrently in their own right. One does not preclude the other.

Thanks for Your hard work on this; your 4:45 Montage had a more cohesive explanation for the burning of kings landing than watching a whole 80 minute episode.
