What else lurks within the abyss?
💚🦑
The Great Machine, Piano me emocionou bastante também e curto muito essas músicas contemplando essas imagens das profundesas.

Another truly awesome upload by the DSO team. Beautifully produced with another amazing sound track. This is without doubt 1 of the best channels on the entire platform.
Such a beautiful metallic blue on that lizardfish! But that eye! Those teeth! “Go ahead, swim closer… I dare you!”
I truly love your channel. ❤ You're bringing us some awesome creatures. 👌
fantastic both in music and images
Stunning clips of the deep and music to match.. Sleeping on the beach tonight listening to these amazing tracks.. sooooo grateful to my beloved DSO.. 💚🦑🙏🎶
What an amazing way to spend the evening! Enjoy, friend💚🦑
Thats cool, i love deepsea and space🚶♂️
Awesome footage as always. Many species I have never knew existed.
My favorite channel! Thank you!!
Thanks so much for watching ^_^ 💚🦑
7:13 heaviest vibe I have ever seen, that fish is LIVING 😩!!!!
😂
I've come to appreciate the common chimaera and other specimens whose primordial appearances look freaky crazy
Great video! Great music.
The music is awesome and so is the camera footage
The music is as mesmerizing as the sea life is! Well done! 👏

nice soundtrack DSO!
The lizardfish looks so unreal!
First! I love the Virgina coast! What fascinating creatures! *What else lurks within the abyss?*
VA resident here, I had no idea we had chimeras, that’s so cool
That worm was creepy. I wonder if it has any predators that'll eat it. UGH!---That lizardfish, on the other hand, is fascinating!---Hard to know where that spider's mouth is.---I'm guessing that, at those depths, it pays to be languid, not knowing when your next meal with show up.---The halosaur name intrigued me so I looked it!---HOW did that ROV operator spot that little sea cucumber!!!
Omg Chimera so cute
Outstanding work! Thankyou
Evolution 👍😎
Evolution will continue 👍😎
Evolution is *forever!* 👍
To Jim Gifford...Your work reminds me of Steve Roach. For maximum excellence see/hear Eno/Budd. I quite like your work, most YT soundtrack music is unbearable so coming here is a relief. If you don't know Steve Roach's work start with Structures From Silence, the whole gorgeous album. Be well, Oddities.
I went and listened to SfS. The likeness to some of my slow pieces is eerie, for a composer I'd never heard of prior. Thanks for recommendation!
7:50 I don't know why I just noticed, but those chimera swim like birds flapping their wings in the air. 🤓 Totally provokes my inner nerd!
Live in Norfolk. Great to see so many cool species not so far away from me (unless you count depth)
Thank you for sharing!!!
❤ GEST AMAZING 👏 ❤ TNX LOT ❤👋🇮🇹🌊
The night is saved!
Cool creatures and tunes! What is the amazing light source casting shadows and letting us see but not bothering the fish?
2:06 WHAT I CAME FOR 🔥🔥
Did you finish those errands, Squidward?
🔬💙✨Aliens of the Deep
5:20 he is maybe 60-70cm. Nice size.
Bora assistir novo video Deepsea Oddities❤
I wonder whether you could turn the different creatures sections into chapters, so that when it gets boring, we can skip to the next one?
So today's lesson: don't get bitten by a lizardfish. Egads.
The second muscotopus that was an unknown species is actually not unknown, it is in fact known as "Dave"
Dave the muscotopus...
Of the family Johnson...
Would be cool to get an episode of all species not yet shown in any other episodes prior, i feel like the more i watch, the more i am skipping most of the episode cuz i saw the species 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 episodes.
Totally fair! I definitely need to switch things up a bit. Thanks for the honest feedback🦑
That first Muusoctopus was just waking up. The 2nd one woke up a little and then fell asleep again.
Question how do you find the footage is there website for this or something
So many videos like this and what i notice is how empty and bare the ocean floor is. Is it naturally suppose to be like that or is it been destroyed?
❤
A question....out of curiosity, aren't the sea creatures startled by the light of the ROV while filming great footage? As they are accustomed to dark habitat...😮
U IS DA BOSS HUGO BOSS 4 LIFE!!
What symphony is playing on the sea skate and the big brisingid star? It's beautiful
Skate has nasty barbs on its back

Are Halosaurs related to Lizardfish? They look similar.
I first saw halosaurs in the wreck of the THRESHER.
Mmm, Chimeras.
Skates, the neglected Chondricthyes.
An interesting skate.
Call it the "bullfrog skate" looks like a bullfrog

They're only "strange" according to the standards of mammalo-normativity.
