So happy I found you, love all your releases, but that bookshelf has me so excited, love love love it. Your threads are all stunning, hard to pick a favourite, but as I love Jane Austen it will have to be that one. Cant wait to see your next video. Thank you for taking the time to post a video, regards Guida.
I enjoyed your video very much! I look forward to seeing more and stitching your new charts. I especially like your birds and bunny reproductions. I also would love to hear more about the novels you mentioned. Thank you!
I do enjoyed your first flosstube and will be looking forward to your future ones 😀 That give away is lovely 🥰 My sister lives down under in Melbourne and I hope to visit again soon 👍🏼
I loved seeing your pieces! I’ve never stitched with those threads but they are beautiful! If designers used them (and I loved your naming of them by the way ♥️), I would love to give them a try. 🧵🪡✂️😊
Hello from Windsor, Ontario🇨🇦. Loved your first video especially learning about the Cottage garden bookshelf set. I was introduced to you through the Autumn SAL group and have ordered the thread set to try the threads. Also love your reproduction birds and can’t wait to add them to my collection. Going to sign up for the blog now. Hope Expo goes well for you.
Hi Jo, I really enjoyed your first flosstube, I am glad you finally took the plunge. The CGT are all lovely and I am certain to add to my collection from the new range😊. As for your new patterns I think they are all beautiful with a distinctive twist, congratulations! As for the reproduction sampler, the house reminds me of those in the Alsace region of France. Are the birds on the roof storks? Wherever it comes from it is just gorgeous.
I absolutely love all of your patterns!! Even the spider. I am a rare bird who loves spiders. Thank you so much for the video! Xoxo from Virginia, USA.
Congratulations. Great to see another Aussie taking the plunge. I loved your inspirations for the new colours and your descriptions with book covers. A love of mine also! Now the spiders, I cannot have enough of. Love Love Love. LOL. I will definitely be making myself a Biscornu as well as using the CGT threads made by the local girls of which I have made a small collection already. Go you good thing! LOL

It is hard to find Australian floss tubers. Love, loved #1. I now have to some how have a conversation with hubby about spending money on more patterns and threads. He dose not understand that more is better .Your bookshelf range from CGT is amazing. As is the pattern. Thank You for floss tube #1 .Can not wait for #2. Marion from Melbourne.
Hey Marion, if you are looking for more Aussie flosstube channels, check out this video - ua-cam.com/video/k7p8n5qh1y8/v-deo.html. My friend Lisa and I are ShadyTreezStitchers and we recently met Joanna at a retreat. We made a video of our chat with her and a handful of other Aussie flosstubers.
Thoroughly enjoyed your video, I do hope you continue to do more. Your collaborations are beautiful. I look forward to being able to purchase your expo designs when they are available in pdf format as being in the UK I'm not sure how readily available the charts would be. Happy stitching and good luck with all your new designs.
Loved your first Flosstube and look forward to many more from you. Lovely to see all your new patterns and the ideas behind the Garden Threads names. Good luck with your Needlework Expo releases.
Enjoyed your floss tube and how the thread colours relate to your love of old books. Your designs are beautiful. Many encounters with the Huntsman, they especially love to situate themselves near the toilet paper!
Enjoyed watching. I’ve already done ordered Among the Roses. Think you did the right thing with your colour choices to replace the orange & yep I didn’t pick up any bad language. Mind you being Australian as well I’m likely to miss it lol
Hi Joanna, so lovely to meet you at the Daisy Chain retreat. An awesome first floss tube - well done and welcome!! I loved hearing the stories behind the new CGT colours - so cool that you got to design the range. I almost wish I'd watched this before going to the retreat as I would have bought the whole set instead of just Austen. I'll just have to check out your Etsy. Totally agree with you about huntsman spiders. I've never had one in my house (thank goodness), but they seem to love my car - it's terrifying when one runs across the windscreen while you're driving and then disappears. Where did it go? Is it going to jump on me when I get out if the car?
Great video Jo, sorry about the earlier comment, I was just so excited I knew the answer, love your new designs, and you did a fantastic job on the video, you are a natural, keep them coming. Hope to catch up soon. Deb
Thank you lovely Deb - and I think the idea about it being an ampersand is intriguing - it really didn't read as one to me, but it would make sense with the placement... You're a genius ☺️
You're a natural Jo! Great first flosstube. The thread range is gorgeous, your reproductions are beautiful and your original designs so much fun. Looking forward to the next one. 👏👏👏
Wow - what a fabulous flosstube. I think my intended purchase list includes almost everything. The book talk was fascinating and would love to know more on all of that. I’ve been collecting CGT threads for years - since they started. I have so many but now I’m going to have to add your collection. They’re magnificent. That leatherbound looks like it might be my new favourite red also.
So thrilled you made a flosstube! You are a delight! I love books and cross stitch, so I loved everything you talked about and showed. Best of luck with Expo- I have already made some preorders. Now I will be adding to my list.❤️
Welcome to Flosstube! I'm so glad you jumped in and did it! Books are my comfort as well, and it was so wonderful hearing about and seeing all of the thought that you put into your thread collaboration. Come back soon!
Good Morning from Ontario, Canada! What a delight to share my morning coffee with you. Your patterns are stunning (and those threads…wow! What a wonderful collaboration)- I want to stitch them all! Best of luck with Needlework Expo. 💜
Congratulations Jo on your great first Flosstube episode. You were great! Loving the CGT colours, love the spideys and love your latest bird! Hope Expo has gone well for you and I look forward to adding some birds to my stash and WIPS.
Great first video! I loved hearing about why each thread was designed and how it fit the theme. I also loved hearing the details of the charts. The bookshelf and bunny charts are my favourite releases 😍 I look forward to seeing more videos as I would love to hear about your older charts and how you came to be a cross stitch designer. 👏🏼👏🏼
Congrats Jo on your new Flosstube adventure!!! The treads are just sumptuous 🥰and what to say about all the New releases, just beautiful. Hoping to see lots more👏
Hello lovely! So excited to see you on Flosstube 😍😍 I think Fireplace is my favourite. Tarnish is pretty close though. Oooh, and Scandalous, and the combo with Parfumerie 😍 maybe I need 4 favourites. Moth too. Omg, so many colours I need. The whole line is stunning. I don’t care if spiders are venomous or not - I cannot even with them at all! They need to stay well away from me if they want to live. I would have never thought to tweed two colours together if they were variegated, genius! Thank you for an amazing first video, see you again soon 💜💜
Welcome to flosstube! The book chats were really interesting id love to keep hearing more about them. I really like your library pattern, it’s on my wish list from this years needlework expo!
Jo-loved your flosstube! I’ve seen the S/T before. Momma Loves You GB stitched a reproduction red sampler from Darling Whimsy Designs (called HF 1916). She thought it was an error, but maybe it has some other meaning?

Hello again, Iforgot to mention that the "ts" sound a german consonant, I found it in an old German dictionary printed in 1909.
Yay! So excited to see you’ve taken the plunge with flosstube Jo!
Somewhat belated, but I'm here - and with a newfound appreciation for you and other such talented flosstubers - thank you!

Jo, I will try and link you, the Ambersand was the last letter in the alphabet, I saw a UA-cam video last night
