I call my wash and go, I wash my hair and then GO get my products to finish styling my curls. 😂

Ooooo this is genius since u have low porosity hair, u basically let ur leave in seep in over night them style the next day…and that’s why ur hair doesn’t get frizzy. Smart smart!

My wash and gos used to be literally , washed and detangled hair, add products (generally a cream or leavin and then gel) , then go aka no diffusing. It’s easier for me to get away with it during the summer cause my hair dries much faster with the warmer temps. Now my wash and gos can not be complete without diffusing . It truly makes my hair defined for an entire week. I started using Innersence Icreate Hold gel and I will not go back to anything else. My first day hair looks amazing . Even by Day 2, my definition is obviously more loose , but I don’t have to refresh at all . I used to be really bad about using a satin scarf or bonnet but ever since I use it religiously, it’s been the best thing ever for my hair. No more fairy knots and breakage. I’ve been loving the innersence line. I use the shampoo, conditioner, cream and gel. The conditioner doesn’t have a lot of slip but I feel like my overall results with diffusing is so amazing. I started using it at the start of December and I don’t use anything else . The scent is very light also. I’m extremely sensitive to fragrance now that I’ve cut it out so much so it’s hard for me to use other products that are out there

Love it! I’m low porosity as well. I do something similar except no product after the deep conditioning. I deal with chronic pain & fatigue so I finish the next day also.

How do you put it up when you sleep?
I have 3c waist length hair and am stuck and can't get to tailbone. I've been natural for over 2 and a half years so that's how old my hair basically is, adding a couple set backs and trims that's where I'm at. I'm lost and need advice. I have a lot of questions about your routine.
Can I ask if you take any vitamins, powdered collagen or use any hair growth oils you can recommend? If so what ones? How often to you shampoo? And how often do you moisturize? Do you wear a bonnet every night & also do you drink alot of water & eat fruits & veggies? Im trying to figure out what the long hair girlies do in their daily life routine becayse im doing something wrong. First i think my diet and i drink too much soda and eat too many processed foods. I got that leaving as a PR package but I use it as a refresher because as a leaving is pretty much useless😅

I’m late to seeing this. I’ve been doing a 2 day wash n go for a while after putting my leave in on and my moisturizing cream I put my hair in 5 twists but on second day I actually don’t rewet my hair I put my curl cream on dry hair and basically revert my stretched hair back to curly that way I control the shrinkage and don’t have to use heat to stretch my hair. Because we are lopo it gets a chance to absorb the product overnight before adding my styler which is a curl cream. My wash and go has movement but lasts all week
Do you do a wash n’ go every wash day? If not can you do a video of how you care for your hair on a non-wash and go week?

What do you use for hold since you do not use gel!? Esp since you work out.
I use mouse! That’s all my hair will take that fights frizz and holds my style without making my hair stiff and extra defined
I’m here in New York and it’s very cold here. I’ve I Do a wash and go outside with all the water and wet products in it I would catch pneumonia 😢
You can diffuse it, if you’re okay with a little heat. I live in NY as well.

I don't use gel either. I've tried so many times. It just doesn't work for me 😕
@@SLOwensI usually don’t use get either, it usually really defines the curls but I don’t like crunch. I like a softer wash and go
