Regarding state and action verbs, some state verbs can be used in -ing forms, but _only_ when they are used as a substitute for an action verb. Ex: 1. "I think it's going to rain soon." - "think" is a *state* verb that shows opinion (so you cannot say -I'm thinking it's going to rain- ) 2. A: "Why are you so quiet?" B: "Wait. I'm thinking." - here, "think" is an *action* verb that means I am using my mind. Similarly, "have" can sometimes be used to mean eat: "I'm having lunch right now." - this is OK because we really mean "eating".

Good Day, the video was very comprehensive and helpful. Nevertheless, I'd like to know how can we practice the things we learnt in this grammar lesson for example? Because if we don't practice we will forget them with time. Practice is key, as people say. Is there any website or book that you recommend for practicing the verb forms and other parts of the speech as well. Thank you in advance.
There are many good grammar workbooks on the market that you can use to practice. One series I've used with my students in the past is Cambridge English Grammar in Use.
sir , it's really help full, I am biotechnology student , but unfortunately working as a english teacher , I started learning from ur video , ur pronunciation is extraordinary , thank u
There is no particular order. But I would recommend working with a learner's grammar book like English Grammar in Use (Elementary-Advanced Level) from Cambridge University Press. You could also look into grammar books meant for teachers.

These have been used as adjectives. The past participle and present participle verbs can also be used as adjectives. The rice is good. Good in this sentence is adjective. Same in that sentence the rice is cooked. The (cooked) plays the same rule as (good) is doing.

Yes, in those cases, "have" is a substitute for "eat" and "experience", so it's an action verb, and -ing is OK.
