I loved baseball back in the Seventies. George was such a great player to watch.....his chasing .400 in 1980 was a lot of fun to follow. His playoff performances were epic as well.
Wow. That was great. Really enjoyed that. My boyhood sports idol, George!. He was a great one. And he and Schmidt were drafted back to back in the 2nd round. Best two 3B of all time...arguably 😁
Dude you guys are great ...I played with Colt in 2011 at PGA West the last year it was the Hope. Pat Perrez shot 7 under the first day at Silver Rock Colt's caddy was his buddy from college. I still live in the Desert. Oh by the way I played for KC..and play at Mission Hills on Sunday I am from Pittsburgh and played at Mario's Outing at Neville Wood and Drank with Johnny Beach...Kevin and Dodi at The NEST are good friends...You guys are Killing IT...
I’m exhausted watching GB, he vibrates at a really high frequency. Good episode. Back to the golfers next week, UT boy, Boyd! Great pick up. Consider a series of these teaching pros like Gankas, McCormick, Harmon, Kostis.
OMG.....what a story teller, George Brett. You guys are so awesome with how you flow with guests....Thee best podcast on UA-cam...Sorry, going with Justin Thomas at the Players over Lee Westwood, by a stroke....
Loved watching him play baseball, but let's face it, the guy is a arrogant, pompous ass. Just not a good guy to his fans. The facts hurt don't they Georgie Boy? By the way, Brett couldn't carry Schmidt's jock (or Brook's either). Boggs might have also been better.
Since I was 7 my favorite athlete of all time

Being from Kansas ...growing up George Brett was ans is my all time Hero.....I can listen to this man's story's all day!!
George is a throwback, great hitter, great guy
Indeed! Brett and Rose would be hitting .500 every year if teams played the shift against them.
@55:44 80's or 90's Michael Biehn would be the perfect actor to play Brett IMO
Now I know why Gary Woodland loves GB and his stories ....awesome!!!!
I had the Largest George Brett card collection ever. Over 10,000 just George Brett cards.
All Time favorite.
I swear this is my favorite episode, I’m only half way thru and I’m dying haha this is gold! Hall of fame golfer? How about best guest on subpar
Thank you! Life long Brett fan and I always enjoy his interviews. Thanks guys!
I cant believe George wears a golf glove. I pictured him stepping up to the tee box bare handed with a little pine tar on his driver shift.
such a great interview. one of the all time greats
Brett made me love baseball. One of the greatest ever
Great show guys. Love Brett.

Ok Colt and Drew I knew you guys are young but the drinking age in Kansas was 18 years old till they raised it in 1985 to 21

"Have you played (Augusta National)? ... oh you must..."
Brett is an all-timer.

Paul Newman is who would play George Brett. Hands down.
True story...
Hey Sleeze my grandma wants her wide brim visor back
Not exactly visor weather
59:02 He never heard of George Michael??
GB looks like he's almost purple
He was a great hitter, I think he was the last hitter the flirt with 400 deep into the second half of the season
Worst E-9 ever!!! How does Paul Newman not make the list???

George is like the Forest Gump of baseball, he knows everyone.
