This is honestly what I was hoping to see and hear when I saw this in theaters, and I ended up disappointed that it didn’t happen. This maybe fan made, but this is what Star Wars is all about! Nicely done! 👍
This would be marvelous in a re-release. But also - I'm still sentimental. I want to see some dialogue between Anakin's Force Ghost, and Luke - - and especially Leia.
Actually that was supposed to happen but Kathleen Kennedy wanted it changed

How does a fan edit better than a major motion studio! This is the way it should have been, I got chills when she said "And I am all the Jedi" with the music in the background and all of them with the outstretched hand! Wow!!!!

@@bongobongo985 It's not girl power, there are countless well written women characters it's just that this was a shamless cashgrab and they had no idea what the hell they were doing. I can forgive the first one being a redo of a New Hope but it was clear beyond that that they had no good ideas and Rian Johnson ruined the rest of it. I don't blame him for it though in a way because he told people what he would do. It's just that Abrahams style of magic box doesn't work in this context and he tried to undo what Rian started. There was poor communication.
Don't get me wrong, I cant stand Last Jedi and Rise, the actors did the best they could with the shitty source material and Rey was clearly not Lame and Gay.

And Yoda: Get the job done with a single blast using the Force (just like he did during his last confrontation with Darth Sidious)
Now THIS would have had the fans standing and cheering for a PERFECT ENDING to the Saga!

I legit think if big movie companies just got like 40 of the biggest nerds of whatever franchise they are doing a movie for, movies would be a billion times better. This was a masterpiece for example. The back and forth of the ghost Jedi, with the perfect music intro, all the way to the last push by Yoda. Absolutely amazing
If this was the actual ending people would have loved this movie not hated on it every second of every day until the end of time haha
Actually I think it's more line people are divided on it. Also JJ Abrams actually gave a reason for then not being seen.
@@disneyboy3030 what was that reason? Can you link me to an article? I know the reason for not showing Ben as a Force Ghost which I think is bull. I also know in Legends force ghosts eventually turned to nothing but George obviously didn't care about legends or see it as cannon.

Fans didn't make a better "movie" haha. It was one scene edited. You can't compare the two. But yes, this scene was better.

if the director and disney had done this for that movie many original fans would have gone and seen it and it would have tied into the lucas timeline and made it legit. could you imagine the feeling of having those chracters back rey in the movie , it gave me goosebumbs and rey would be a recognized jedi and not a laughing stalk. well done and thank you!

This is absolutely wonderful. I really feel goosebumps watching it. That's the perfect scene to end the story, all the Jedi giving the force!!
SO many wonderful emotions come to me when I see this. But for now I'd like to just say....Leia, in her White.....as a Force Presence....looks so....pure, distinctive, poised, powerful. She was, and will always be our Princess and General.

I'm really taken back how much better of a ending this is.
You've actually got me in tears. Like floods of tears. You made this scene have so much more emotional impact, it hit in the same way that in Ghostbusters Afterlife seeing Egon's ghost with the lineup. Yes, they may be fan-service, but they are in the best way. They hit our nostalgia at a peak when so many things are changing with new characters in this trilogy, that is allow us closure and resolution to the years we've dedicated ourselves to this universe. It allows the franchise itself to say thank you to the characters on which it has been built, and allow us to join in unity as we close a very major and significant chapter of this universe. Additionally, not only did it hit all those emotional notes, it all served purpose for the plot. It simply made more sense that as powerful as Rey is, she is still a rookie and needed the support, and to show a physical, visual representation of the force flowing through her did so much justice to the scene. Just such an astounding job, and so glad I finally came across this.
The final duel was fantastic...
This is how it's done. This is how you pay tribute to something that came before while moving forward with something new in it. You honor what allowed to make what you did in the first place, not try to tear it down and make your version better for some "Culture of the time" message. This simple (not to downplay any effort that went into this) addition would have made ALL the difference for me personally. Shame the filmmakers didn't have that same mindset.
Up there with Luke returning in The Mandalorian.

This version is so incredibly powerful and really elevates Rey's character. I remember going to see this to just sort of get it over with and it was an absolute slog. But I ended up getting full body goosebumps when Rey said, "And I'm all the Jedi". I was sure all of our beloved Jedi heroes were about to appear behind her. Instead she pulled out a second lightsaber. So, she had two of them. Ya know, instead of one. She had two.
What a waste.
I found the original scene boring, but THIS... this gave me goosebumps. Thank u for creating this masterpiece. It would have been a proper ending for all us star wars fans😐❤️

I'm a 54 year old man and a Star Wars fan since I was 8. If this was the ending shown in theaters, I would have been in tears. The fallen Jedi standing with her, the characters we spent decades with, united as one. As well as the triumphant rendition of the Star Wars theme. It would have been the emotional payoff fans deserve.

Now if this was in the movie (the Force Ghosts), it would have been worth watching. It’s why I clicked on this vid. I wanted to see who you’d include as a Force Ghost. And that shit was EXCITING!!!! I’ve never seen the disney ABOMINATIONS, never will, but this has MY SW faves in it!!! To see them all side by side, using their powers against Palps, SOOOOO DAMN COOL!!!!!! Gave me chills seeing Ahsoka and Anakin fighting together again, to see Mace and Yoda giving off major Force attitude, Obi-Wan there between father and son, our beloved Princess Leia, and Qui-Gon 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜. Absolute joy!!!

I liked this 10x wayyyy better then the original scene from Star Wars Rise of the Skywalker's cause I am a Star Wars fan since when it all started back in the 80s what a good way to have put it this all the Jedi's Masters Jedi's together as One.

What this shows is that Rey wasn't an all powerful Mary Sue that did, on her own, what Jedi masters couldn't do. Instead of hearing their voices in her head, and seeing stars move around, seeing their presence behind her, standing in unison, sharing their strength with her, that brought it all home

I also wish in The Last Jedi when they had Luke talking to the Force Ghost Yoda that they also included a Force Ghost Obi-wan and Anakin sitting around the fire advising Luke. Maybe even add Qui-Gon but the other two were necessary and would really have been a great scene.

@@zsoltkiss545 Until The Mandalorian we didn't know that Ahsoka had any interaction with Luke and the average fan didn't even know who she was or even what became of her. Luke had frequent interactions with a force ghost Obi Wan in the Empire and RoTJ so it doesn't make sense that he isn't here. He then saw a force ghost Anakin at the end of RoTJ so that would fit. I added Qui-Gon purely because Yoda said that he was the one that discovered the ability to return. We don't know if Ahsoka ever learned the power either.
@@rhoonah5849 There's a good chance that Luke taught this power to Ahsoka, though it's also possible that Obi-Wan or even Anakin taught her.

From Anakin opening his hand just at the right moment to make sure the saber went true to Rens hand, and Yoda thinking “enough of this shit” and all the other epic Jedi ending this was so true.
This is what love for the story looks like. The Corporate Mouse would never understand that.
