This was a treat for anyone who enjoys visiting a lighthouse. That view in the storm from up top is very cool. Thank you for setting this up Mr Weatherman
I was beside myself seeing this on TV. My lifelong fantasy has been to ride out a storm at Graves. OMG what I wouldn't do to tour that lighthouse!!!!!!!!!
What a view of the storm. He mentioned Portuguese Stew. I went to Rhode Island to learn how to make it and get the meat that they use. They also told me to put it on Portuguese rolls and eat it that way. So good! I got a lot of the meat there and special things I couldn't get at home in Western, N.Y. I made a big batch and put it in the freezer. I had some today, as I was thinking of all in the storm's path! Sending prayers
I remember my father took his boat out there and I was with him, about 3 years old. we went into the light house. I'll never forget that. When I saw it was for sale I wanted to buy it, but would have had to win the lottery probably to do that. There are amazing photos of the light house with wave crashes that go about all the way to the top. I wish I was out there with you, stay safe and have a wonderful time .
This was the best weather segment l can remember seeing. I enjoyed every minute of it. Two real people, talkin bout real, cool and interesting stuff. Such a beautiful place and fabulous viewpoint. Thanks.
Living in Las Vegas it's fascinating to see the Boston Harbor this way. Being from Cuba I experienced the snow when we moved to NY. Now living out here I don't get to experience the 4 seasons. Thanks for sharing ❣️
Dave used to babysit me and my sister's when we were little kids in New London NH. He was interesting and adventurous back then and clearly nothing has changed. Much respect for all your hard work Dave.
Coolest weather spot ever!! More of this!!! Love it!!! Why not let this guy go on scene?? !! Weather guy, you should go independent! Few watch regular TV anymore and those who pop in to regular TV do it for the weather usually so go indi and decide where you go and when for yourself, live stream where people can donate!! Can't wait for your lighthouse episode!!!
This is a perspective that I have never seen. I was TAD (Temporary Assigned Duty) when I was in the Coast Guard from USCG Sta. Point Allerton in Hull, MA. back in 1977 when the lighthouse was being automated. I had to spend an extra week on the lighthouse because of the weather like this. It was not fun, myself and another Coastie did not have all the luxuries as they have now, but it was an experience. This was not like where I grew up by, Gurnet Light in Duxbury, MA. You are abt 7 miles off the coast of Boston.
That was BEAUTIFUL . Wow This was the BEST so interesting . Personally , I would also use the lighthouse as a marker . Now I have to Google how many lighthouses are still being used ? Good Health to All .
Though Dave said he just bought Graves on a whim, he seemed very sensitive on the question of weather they are still used by "customers". Surly they are too. I imagine captains can get freaked out for sure in a storm. The more safety apparatus the better. It could be that sheer equipment could be fairly disorienting.
Never saw a news station spend so much time on a "non-news" story. Really nice!!
This was really cool showing us what it is like at a Light house. Really enjoyed this report.
We mariners 100% appreciate the men like Dave who maintain these lights. I would love to join him one day for a storm like this out there.
Best news report on the blizzard so far. A lighthouse in a blizzard who'd have thunk?
This was a treat for anyone who enjoys visiting a lighthouse. That view in the storm from up top is very cool. Thank you for setting this up Mr Weatherman
Thank you for showing and sharing with us a real live in the moment light house. Greatly appreciated God bless you
Nice
I'm really glad Dave and his knucklehead buddies are out there with tech to share the view today. Thank you WBZ!!
Same . Th Graves Ledge light house is a famous 100 year+
lighthouse . Cool upload .
Glad they decided to upload what they are seeing .
Beautiful! Dave is very likable so I hope he stays safe.
True . It's kind of a wild thing to do if you're not a weather researcher .
Wow that’s so cool, historical and beautiful. So lucky to be there during this storm. Be safe and thanks for sharing!
To answer your question in your screenname .. I’m currently riding a sled team of my *best* raccoons
Love lighthouses. Prayers for safety🙏 grateful for sharing the beauty.
Uh-huh .
My grandfather was a lighthouse keeper & I loved hearing his stories when I was little.
I cannot imagine how beautiful that lantern room was when new. Polished brass and copper. Simply awesome
This is the best coverage of the storm. Quite a display of nature's glorious 💃 dance
I was beside myself seeing this on TV. My lifelong fantasy has been to ride out a storm at Graves. OMG what I wouldn't do to tour that lighthouse!!!!!!!!!
This was a great report, very interesting! thank you!
This is by far the coolest news show ever!! I loved the interest of seeing the inside and outside of the lighthouse and the storm!! Thank you 👍

Wow, how cool was this. I grew up near a lighthouse on Lake Michigan, but never seen the inside, so cool!
Me too. I always loved to go to the top of the lighthouse and look over the lake. I used to ride my bike over there often.
Beautiful!
This looks like a lot of fun.
For real .
Wonderful job 🙏🙏❄️❄️❤️❤️❤️
best video of the day 🤠
Awesome spot. Tell the producers to do a remote for tomorrow. That would have been awesome with better cameras.
Wow, a beautiful sight indeed! ;O)-

How amazing is this, I would love to own a lighthouse. I love the ocean 🌊 it’s so calming. ♥️
Excellent segment
I have seen waves go over the top of lighthouses on their islands in huge storms so personally I wouldn't want to be in one in storm like that
Love it !
Super cool 👍
That was an awesome spot.

Just AMAZING video…..Thank You!
I've passed by there on the harbor island cruise. I guess this answers my questions of can you own a lighthouse and what do they do there. Cool.
Wish I were there, right now.
Beutiful!
That sounds really intense!
