SpongeBob the Musical: Squidward Legs Tutorial

The making of Squidward's legs from SpongeBob the Musical for a theatre here in Oregon.
I spent tons of hours looking for anything that would help me make these legs, but I found just about nothing. So after analyzing multiple videos and photos, this is what we came up with!
