Got thought from God that church needs to be like reporting for duty in the army. Searched how that can happen, finally found this. Need to get elders from honored spectators to doing thier job. Step up and take command!
If the general church population doesn't know who the elders are--is this an issue? Genuine question. In my mind, there's no doubt this is a problem. There's no example to follow. There's no accountability. It makes church feel like a Broadway show.
