I saw that video on a strat where you must die before getting on the Dinghy, so that you drop the black box. Entering the boat without it allows you to jump right out and get to your oppressor/sparrow (don't forget to pick up the black box). Saves about 30 sec total
Just discovered you don't need to use the dingy in the finale. I died on the dingy on the escape. Spawned on a speed boat and just took my time killing the 5 enemies. Got to location and game still awarded it me.
You can get back on the Oppressor if you land it on the tugboat, it's just difficult to do so. The same thing happens on the Yohan nightclub source missions. Also be sure to recall your vehicle that you laded at the barge as Ghillie did at 5:00. Otherwise the vehicle will be destroyed when the barge despawns at the end of the mission. Also there's a way you can get your Oppressor Mk II at the end of the finale. Skipping the boat section and saving up to 30 seconds. BeatsDown has a video on it.
The final of this mission was such a pain in the ass for me 😂 I am dog shit at flying planes and took me a few days to finally shoot the engines. Let's just say the Tula wasn't the only thing high in the sky the time I finally beat it 😂

What I do to escape the airport after delivering the tula is pointing the rotors forward, hopping out and walking into them so I respawn outside the airport

Playing gta feels like 1 min only.
I land my Sparrow on the tug boat and it lets me get back in it. MK2 Oppressor is for wimps lol Edit: Good tip on first person swimming. I'll have to try that because swimming pisses me off at times!
Only thing I saw that you didn't do that would be an improvement is: After shooting the cargo plane engines, you can just beeline to the alamo sea. It takes the same amount of time to start the crash scene whether you follow its intended course or not. Using the VTOL speed glitch, you can probably make it onto the water before the crashing cutscene plays.
I had never flown a Tula and found it to be almost impossible to fly, much less shoot down enemies. I crashed it and failed the setup mission. It's just impossible to fly it with keyboard and mouse.
You'll get the hang of it. But if you are having difficulties with shooting and flying just use the rail gun or missiles to take the enemies down on set up mission. Also on finale, ignore trying to take out the enemies like ghillie says just focus on the hacking, taking out the engines then just fly towards Alamo. Just takes a bit of practice. Take your time and you'll soon get use to it.
These kinds of comments make my blood boil. Impossible to do on kbm, and ppl like me who only played on kbm are what? ghosts? I can fly the tula in reverse on kbm, shunt hop arena vehicles on kbm. So yeah don't equate your Skill issue to everyone.

Is it me or has getting onto the MK2 got really buggy in general? I feel my character walks around it before getting on far more than it used to, or pressing the enter button several times before it actually works and my controller/keyboard is fine so not that.
I can’t wait for the snow to be gone since vision is 💩 when doing the Tula setup (especially at night) 😒 Also I hope in VI they improve the swim mechanic since it’s more unrealistic than it was in San Andreas 😒 I don’t know if the kills still count towards the challenge, but if you die during the escape section, you respawn back in the Alamo Sea on a Sea Shark and have to retrieve the black box. The great thing is then you can call your Sparrow (or personal vehicle) and literally fly to the drop off point instead of having to do the slow chase scene (which I know is to help get the 5 kills instead of the driver full throttling down the whole river).
You can lock your time to day with director mode glitch to help with visibility, but the problem is some of the finales that happen at night (fine art, project breakaway) won’t be able to start with frozen time enabled
On PS4 version, Griefer tp multiple times on pause menu while I was delivering diamonds in Terrorbyte Diamond Shopping job. What's the work around? Lol got'em 4-1 by the way.

You can also fly near the water with the tula to jump and dive faster
First time a mission where you can sit back and relax not drive and shoot like usual
2:40 You can just hop in the tula, then hop out and shoot them while still being on the barge. You're not forced to use the plane for that.

Fly away on oppressor after getting in the Tula and then fly back. The helicopters will respawn as if you killed them.

You'll get the hang of it. But if you are having difficulties with shooting and flying just use the rail gun or missiles to take the enemies down on set up mission.

You can remove the snow by starting a race on cayo and then joining a friend in another lobby. The snow vanishes for you until you change sessions.
