many words cvcv hay ex: nima,tima,kima,sima,kamala. kis word ma a ka sound uh hota hay.how can i read this word "ganato" which a sound i used short sound ya uh

you have to use both. The ones which can be read with phonics need not to be learnt. Rest can be learned as tricky words.
