Hi everyone! Long time no see :D
This is an illustration for the third chapter of my book, that I'm publishing on wattpad. It's already out, so make sure to read it if you have free time :3
I'm not gonna go into big spoilers, but this chapter is more on the sad side, since we find out about the past of the second protagonist of this story - Princess Nivia and her relationship with her father.
I looked forward to writing this chapter for so long! And it's finally here!
This chapter is currently the longest out of all of them and I'm proud of how it came out. In the next one, we'll get more into the princess' bad relationship with the queen, we'll see how the bond between the main characters grows even stronger and meet some new, interesting characters! ^^
So make sure to check it out! (I'll be redrawing the cover as well, because it's old and it isn't really showing the tone of the story, as under the comedic elements it's very deep, sad and dark).

This looks beautiful!! The way you drew all the objects and the room had my jaw dropping, that is something I find impossible to do, especially with perspective! The story sounds interesting! Unfortunately, I am not comfortable with using story platforms like wattpad. I really wish I could read it! Can’t wait to see more of your art though!
You can actually read the prologue and the first two chapters on my instagram! I put the text on about 12 slides per chapter and posted it there :3 (So that's 2 posts per chapter). I couldn't do it for this chapter tho, because this one is twice as long as the other ones and it just would've been too much 🤣💖 Tho, if you end up liking the chapters, you can consider reading it on wattpad if you want or I'll also start posting it somewhere else in the future. Just to make sure it reaches a wider audience :3 And also thank you for the compliments! It's really sweet! 😭💖💖

im starting to study about backgrounds for my drawings not to keep look boring. May i ask you how did you've drew this one? (im jealous 🤧)
Tbh if I were to draw this one again, I'd add even more details and more decorations breaking the perspective a bit for more points of interest. Like, break the wall's shape a bit etc. Not to mention that I would draw it lineless now, cuz it's easier and faster.
And as for how I drew it, I just placed a vanishing point on the horizon to draw the perspective (It's a one-point perspective) and drew some lines coming out of it to make the guidelines. Everything leads into the vanishing point in this case. If you'd want to learn more about drawing backgrounds, I'm gonna post a new speedpaint soon and there's a whole castle interior that I drew 🤣🖐💖
