So after watching this video probably 5 times over the past, I finally settled down enough with the art supplies, although different colors and my own image, and attempted this very fun and unique painting. It turned out okay. As you say, “I think I like it.” 😃 I think I’ll try a larger one next year. Thank you SO much god posting this and sharing your process. I still need to understand how to predetermine which colors will show up in the cells.

I had an adult coloring book that had a horse head in it. I outlined the lines with hot glue because of your inspiration previously. I didn't have anything to use to create cells but I did just a basic pour. You always take us beyond what we think is possible and always beautiful. Thank you :)
Utterly stunning! Just love this. But I really loved howc the eyes came out the first time. Though the second time around you defined the eye contour and details, which in itself is very difficult as the eye gives the where expression to the face, and it's gorgeous... But still I personally loved the first attempt better. Something I'm going to try again for sure (I just don't know when!). Thanks so much for sharing
This is a very regal looking horse. She looks like she embodies great lineage. It is easy to imagine her prancing for her rider while confidently parading around the arena for attendees at an International Horse Show.
