I was very excited to find this commercial for the Tumbleweed Tex-Mex Restaurant from 1982. It was especially interesting to hear them refer to it as just "Tumbleweed" before they started using the full phrase with the signature yell. I love seeing old commercials like this and I would absolutely love to see more from this restaurant and from other restaurants in the Louisville area. It brings back so many memories of growing up and it's really interesting to see how restaurants have changed over the years.👍

According to Google Maps, none of the locations listed in this commercial are open anymore. The 2005 State St. restaurant in New Albany appears to have been the last of these 4 to close (it was last open as recently as 3 months ago, according to the latest Google review).
