Sir I am confused in one thing when lat wall of inguinal triangle formed by inf epigastric artey then how it is medial to direct hernia
@ The inferior epigastric artery is lateral to the direct inguinal hernia.
@ The inferior epigastric artery is medial to the deep inguinal ring and to the oblique (indirect) inguinal hernia.

Inferior epigastric artery is medial to the deep inguinal ring. Therefore, it is medial to the indirect or the oblique inguinal hernia.
