After 22 years I just sold my house on Sanibel, sadly….. Sanibel is an amazing Island with wonderful people, amazing services and a culture like old America (in a good way).
Just another place in Florida gulf coast where you HAVE TO BE EXTREMELY WEALTHY TO LIVE!!!

And healthy. All those stairs. If they are looking for a place to grow old there are so many health issues that would make stairs very hard to live with. If they plan parents visits that could be very hard for them.

@@rzu7120 😂Location of course greatly affects the price, HOWEVER, the average Australian can afford a larger home than the average US citizen, with that being the largest purchase most people make, plus the fact people always prefer larger homes means Australian value for money is great, plus Australia GDP per capita is also very good, and one major thing BIDEN DOESN'T RUN AUSTRALIA🤣
