- In this video we install RM Motors Downpipes on the S63 in this E70 X5 M and also install a tune from VF Engineering which claims to put the car to 670HP with the current configuration. We also install lower degree thermostats and KW V3 Coilovers.

Quick question, what coilovers would you recommend for 2004 525i?
@ShoplifeVlogs since the bolts are not welded on...how did you get the bolts to button up from underneath? Also did you have any difficulty installing the driver side downpipe? I got the SAME ones and the driver side is not fully flush with the turbo side...leaves just enough out that the vband clamp can't get on.

Great work you guys. I have a 2011 X5M that my wife mainly drive, and looking into a turbo upgrade and tune (to have fun when I step out of the F80 M3 comp pack and driving the family around, haha). It already has a full Akrapovic exhaust system as well. DM when you can, would love to set something up during or after the holidays. @isaiahphotons
Bro! I been wanting to install coilovers on my x5 but the electronic damping control has me steering away from it.

How about the self-leveling rear air bag system?
How will this pass smog? Does the downpipe come w/a CARB sticker? When they plug into the OBD port for the smog check won't the O2 sensor throw a code?
Use mini catted o2 spacers for the rear sensors. No CEL.

How good did those downpipes fit? I'm considering picking up a set but worry about the fitment quality.
It's just pipe, local exhaust shop can adjust the fitment or massage the middle pipe

shops in my town bill 8 hours. I did it myself, 8 hours is with good tools and a lift

How will it pass smog???
Michael Hall CA no longer does sniff test, solely relies on OBD II codes and readiness. Provided no CEL, no issues with smog test.
