It wasn't meant to have H-Scenes. In order to sell the EX routes in the first place was to add the H-Scenes. There is only one version with H-Scenes. All other versions after that, (Memorial Edition, PS3) which contained the EX routes didn't include them. This is Key's way of saying, they finally are satisfied with Little Busters!
EX has h-scenes, but PE is for all ages, so this will NOT have h-scenes. If your wondering why they included such scenes in the Opening, its simply because the producers are milking the opening and using it over and over again and only changing the title. I compared the openings and the only different one is the original version(The one that's not EX/Memorial/PE). If its the content, PE will be a remastered LB! Memorial with new CG and extra scenes. Also, the effects will also be re-mastered.
Here's the last few: - 1:57 to 2:02 CG's were different than the EX version. - 2:32 is also a different CG, in the EX it has Haruka listening to Phone music - The effect of the photo of the Little Busters is different Lastly, the title says EX while the other says PE(No duh) That's every point I've seen

Disregard this.. after CLOSELY watching the video, and playing them at the same time, I realized the following changes: - The transition between the childhood friends as kids to when their present day was faster in PE, more exact to the drum beat. (0:22~0:24) - When their showing the heroines, there's a light effect (kinda like the ones in Clannad when at the "Secret World") - When they show the heroines one by one, there's more blur effect. (0:48 - 1:25) Especially on Tokido Saya

Most certainly. I didnt even like the anime when i watched it at first, but after reading the vn a little more than a year later i was touched deeply. My tastes might've changed over that time, but I can say without a doubt that the visual novel is the superior version. The visual novel is also a lot longer, to the point where they had to cut some story and even some story elements that can't be adapted from the visual novel medium to anime. Baseball and whatnot is also fun on the first playthrough, but you have the option to turn it off. If you just watched it and it's fresh in your mind, you should probably wait a little though. Steam release for Perfect Edition should happen "soon" but the translators are well known for never giving any updates on their progress and releasing games out of the blue.
I watched it a while ago, but just saying it because is kinda pointless to read something you already know how it's gonna end (because of the anime), but I might give it a chance when it comes out on Steam
Not always. I can tolerate sex scenes, but the only computer that can actually play any kind of game is in my living room, where my family always is, so therefore I'd like to have a version that has no H-scenes and still has the 3 new routes. I'm sure many people have similar problems to that.
